Meet Coach Dyce
I'm Dyson — Coach Dyce, and I transform physiques for a living. I built my foundation interning in the University of Nevada's Olympic Strength & Conditioning program, working hands-on with high-profile NCAA Division I athletes. Now I take that exact evidence-based playbook — periodized, no guesswork — and build it around the lives of busy professionals who are done letting their health slide.
The Story
I didn't get here from a weekend certificate. I played Division I football as a tight end at the University of Nevada, Reno — after earning the shot in the JUCO ranks at Snow College. I know exactly what it takes to balance elite physical performance with a brutal schedule, because I lived it: film study, two-a-days, and a full course load, all at the same time.
Then I went deeper than most coaches ever do. I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada School of Public Health, and earned a strength & conditioning internship in Nevada's Olympic S&C program — helping design and run programs for four NCAA Division I teams: Men's Basketball, Women's Golf, Women's Tennis, and the Ski Team. Working hands-on with high-profile athletes gave me a foundation most online coaches simply don't have.
Most online coaches have a certificate and a phone. I have a kinesiology degree, hands-on experience training D1 athletes, and a playing career of my own.
So when I build your plan, you're getting the same methods used to develop college athletes — performance testing, periodization on the NASM OPT model, technique coaching, and recovery that actually works — scaled to your body, your schedule, and your goals.
Because here's what I kept seeing: smart, driven people who could build a company or close a deal but couldn't crack their own health. Not because they were lazy — because nobody ever built them a system and held them to it. That's the entire reason DYCED exists.

What I Believe
Your body is the one asset you can't outsource, sell, or replace. It deserves the same intentionality you give everything else you've built. I don't believe in punishing programs you'll quit in three weeks — I believe in plans built around your real schedule that compound for a full year and beyond.
When you work with me, you're not getting an app or a PDF. You're getting a real person who notices when you slip, adjusts when life happens, and tells you the truth — even when it's "this isn't the right fit, here's what is." That honesty is the whole business.
In Their Words
"I'd started and stopped a lot of different things over the years and needed someone to call me out and keep me accountable. I've never worked with a better trainer — he doesn't sugar coat anything and will tell you exactly what you need to hear, but he's kind while doing it."
Simone
School Teacher
"What surprised me most was the detail in the workouts and the meals — most programs do one or the other, not both. He also pays real attention to mental attitude."
Quiana
DYCED Client
"I could commit to the gym, but I had no idea how to count my macros to reach my goals. Four months in, my waist is the smallest it's ever been. Discipline is not the same as motivation — you have to invest the time and commit to yourself."
